We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to oversee and manage all aspects of regulatory compliance within our organization. The ideal candidate will ensure that our operations comply with local and international regulations, conduct regular audits, and provide guidance to ensure ongoing compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant financial regulations and industry standards.
  • Conduct Audits: Perform regular compliance audits and prepare comprehensive reports for management.
  • Develop Policies: Create and implement compliance policies and procedures tailored to regulatory requirements.
  • Stay Informed: Keep updated on regulatory changes and advise the company on necessary adjustments.
  • Train Staff: Provide training and support to staff on compliance-related matters.
  • Liaise with Regulators: Act as the primary contact with regulatory bodies and manage any compliance-related inquiries or inspections.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor degree
  • Proven experience in a compliance role, with a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance management.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities are essential for effectively conveying compliance requirements to staff and management
